The usability of this app needs some work, especially for the price tag. I hope in an upcoming release they give you the ability to configure the notification options, specifically the ability to turn off/on email and txt alerts for the motion alerts. The playback feature works well. That part is actually fairly nice and intuitive. Looking forward to enhancements to this app. At the end of the day, I do appreciate the ability to access and configure the cameras remotely. Thank you for this app.

As others, I Updated new version earlier this month & updated iOS last week with new iPhone & cant get iPhone to bring up security views. Worked great before updates, now no views & no info on problem.

its horrible! Very pixelated not even on all cameras all the time! What is the fix?

Hardly worth it. Not intuitive.

Expensive for a non user friendly interface. Blah at best.

Never remembers your settings when you open the app. And an overly complex UI that honestly makes no sense..

Cant log into my system with known user name through app. Must use admin settings. Playback function inop. Confusing user interface. Not recommended.

This app has worked wonderfully for over a year, until the recent update. No longer able to view anything. Very frustrating. Not worth the money spent if it does not work.

Why does this icRealTime app get worse and worse with every update. Its so sad that this company has superior cameras and Completely Fails with their App. And to think I had to pay for this crap! This is extortion.. Please fix this app or revert to last years update... #Fail
