Playback leaves lots to be desired. Not sure it even works. Compared to Dropcam, not very useful.

This developer is lazy at best!

It works great overall just doesnt work right with the new iPhone 6 the screen doesnt go the the proper size to fit the area designated for the live camera.

Desperately needs updating for iphone6+ screen ratio. The app itself scales, but not the video. Only fills fraction of screen. Functionality not intuitive. No explanations of what icons do. Would be nice to have a "home screen" that automatically opens with app rather than manually having to open favorites each time.

Video doesnt fit the screen on iPhone 6s. Used to work Ok before I updated phones. I write software so I know this isnt a difficult fix, it should of been done before these phones were released.

I agree with previous reviewers. It needs to be updated for the new iPhones. I feel that they have had ample time to do this. A help screen of some sort to explain different functions should also be included. For $30 I expect more.

Loved this app until I got my iPhone 6+. The feeds dont size right so it looks poor and doesnt utilize the new screen sizes. I would be happy to change my rating up to 5 stars if they update the app to properly support the phone sizes.

After spending $30 I am really disappointed with this app and customer support. I had this app last six month no prob. After auto update my app is not working at all "no user found" error.... Pls make sure do not update. I have still no resolution for this issue.

Thank you. Its fast, clear, and easy to use. The playback feature is a big addition. Figured out how to use it in 5 minutes and impressed several colleagues already.

iPhone app working but on my iPad there is suddenly a lot of lag and crashing on playback

App does not work on iPad. Free versions work perfect. These people are crooks.

If youre using an iPad Mini do not update!!!

Paid for it on one device and it runs on all my IOS devices. Quality is great setup is easy. I wish all Apps were this good.

What the heck! This new update ruined the live views of all my cameras in low-res mode and now shows a huge green bar across the lower half of those pictures. If I switch to high-res stream it looks normal. Fix this ASAP!

This app worked great but most recent update places a green bat along the bottom of each cam view when viewing mult cams... Please fix!

Other reviews are right great app but new update with the quarter of bottom page green bar has ruined it. odd its only on iPhone but iPad looks fine.

My PTZ camera no longer functions with the new release. I invested in the camera to monitor different views and I am severely disappointed.

Dont know what happened but will not run anymore on my original iPad mini running 8.3

Totally lost access to my cameras w this update and cannot figure out how to re-connect. Big bummer.

This update needs work. It is not very user friendly. I click on upper right button and go for a coffee break while waiting for it to open. Settings are confusing. Favorites is confusing. Closing out cams or changing to different views sometimes doesnt work. This app could use some improvements. Please fix it! I rely on it for remotely checking cameras.
